Committing to a series of coaching sessions is a step towards being where you want to be. I will listen with an open mind, and introduce tools and techniques to help you to think differently or see things from different perspectives. I will enable you to challenge your thinking to push your own limits.

I offer both face to face and online/phone coaching sessions. We will agree the coaching location in your free introductory session. I work mainly in the Midlands and am open to locations further afield. I also offer coaching in the open air - we can coach whilst walking, through a park or through the town. Typically coaching takes place over 3-6 sessions, depending on what you want to work on. Each session will last 60 to 90 minutes. Each coaching package is designed specifically for your individual needs, and will include a free introductory session.
